Christians Against Poverty (CAP) seeks to serve God by helping those who have debt issues and who feel that they need help to deal with them. Their website can be found here.
At the local level CAP Money Management courses are run by a partnership between Castle Donington Community Church and St Edward’s Church. These courses seek to educate adult participants in the skill of money management.
If debt issues are identified the participant can, if they wish, be referred to CAP Money Plus (a telephone / email service run from their head office) for assistance in dealing with their situation.
CAP is a charity and no charge is made for any of their services.
If you have debt issues that are immediate and serious then please contact CAP directly at this page on their website.
Because of the current restrictions, local courses are not presently running. However, we plan to start them again once restrictions have been lifted sufficiently. If you would like us to contact you with details of the next course, or if there is other support that you feel we may be able to offer you, then please contact us here.
